Each February all districts are to receive a letter from us regarding the potential number of children that may qualify for Part B services and be on an IEP. This information is to help districts make plans for the next school year and have placement spots available especially for those children that turn 3 during the school year.
Please send the attached letter to all of the districts that you serve; even if they may not have any children at this time. Secretaries can help with this task - let's look at a deadline of February 14. Thank you!
